PERSONAL TRAINING/SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our Coaches are available for personal trainings throughtout the entire year. Sessions are designed around the needs of the individual or small group. A general training session will touch on the following aspects of the game:
1. Shooting
2. Passing
3. Dribbling
4. Defense
5. Offensive Moves
6. Basketball Athleticism

The goal of each training is for players to improve. Improvement will not happen without the hardwork required during and after the
session is done.

Cost:
Cost of trainings vary depending on Coach and facility. The larger the group, the more cost effective it will be.
